My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness-based, family systems, and developmental perspectives on human nature and change. I integrate understandings from the clinical scholarship with creativity and
an appreciation for the complexity and individuality of each person's life and context.
My practice is primarily fee-for-service. Many insurance plans cover the services of Licensed Psychologists with an "out-of-network, outpatient mental health provider" provision. I will gladly provide you with documentation to submit for reimbursement. Alternatively, I am an in-network Premier Blue Shield PPO Provider with Highmark, accepting all BC/BS except IBX Personal Choice & Keystone. And, for those aged 65+, I am in-network with traditional Medicare (not Medicare Advantage).
